Jewel Tiara Branch is a 25 year-old self taught visual artist from Baltimore, Maryland. Her medium of choice is handmade photo collage which she has been making for over a decade, but over the years has also immersed herself within drawing, painting, jewelrymaking, writing, and more recently, fashion design.
Creating allows Jewel to transmute her inner depths into art that she hopes provokes introspection and transformation. Transcending through each piece, her artwork serves as memorabilia from the different periods of her life. An archive of sorts that documents her evolution.
